About 1,200 admirers at the Hal Leonard Pabst series were obviously pleased....

...Pianist Thomas Gunther succeeded at a herculean task: simulating keyboard legends Wilson, Basie and Jess Stacy. Instead of trying to replicate Stacy's magnificent three choruses on the finale, "Sing, Sing, Sing," Gunther hinted at its beauty in a balladic reworking.
